Strategy & code in the same room.

With 14 years in software engineering, I combine deep technical expertise with human-centered leadership. I don't just write code — I design systems, build teams, and align technology with business impact.

As a Tech Lead at a Global Fashion & Retail Group, I own the architecture decisions for my team's domain, lead engineers across two countries, and design the event-driven .NET services that connect e-commerce, ERP and CRM. My greatest strength is bridging the gap between engineers and stakeholders.

Certified in Agile, Scrum (PSM), and Product (PSPO), I bring pragmatic product vision alongside technical execution — with a growing focus on AI-enhanced development to multiply team productivity.

⚡
Technical Leadership Leading cross-functional squads, code reviews, architecture decisions, and mentoring senior engineers daily.
🏗
Cloud Architecture Designing event-driven, microservice systems on Azure with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and distributed patterns.
🧠
AI-Driven Development Leveraging GitHub Copilot, AI agents, and modern tooling to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
🎯
Product Ownership PSPO certified. Defining epics, managing backlogs, and aligning delivery with long-term strategic goals.

How I think about engineering.

01
Architecture is communication

Great code is not just correct — it's readable, maintainable, and explains intent to the next engineer. Every design decision is a message to the future.

02
Teams multiply output

The best tech lead I can be is one who makes the team 10x better, not one who writes 10x more code. Mentoring, clarity, and psychological safety are engineering tools.

03
Ship, then perfect

Sustainable impact comes from iterating in production. Done and deployed beats perfect and pending. We build feedback loops into everything we deliver.

04
Product and tech are one

Engineers who understand the business make better decisions. I invest in understanding user needs, business constraints, and strategic goals — not just the stack.

05
AI as leverage, not replacement

AI tools like Copilot multiply a skilled engineer's impact. The future belongs to engineers who know how to pair with AI systems without outsourcing their judgment.

06
Continuous curiosity

Cinema teaches narrative. BMW teaches precision engineering. Family teaches perspective. The best engineers I know are curious about everything — not just code.

Open to great conversations.

Whether you're hiring, building something ambitious, or want to exchange ideas on engineering and product — I'd love to hear from you.
